Eros' favorite game

by ECILA ice   Jul 17, 2007

Oh eros what have you done
Doing another foolish games of yours
How dare you play our fate in your hands!
Pointing us with your black arrow

Targeting us like a simple dart.
Poor man who became your victim,
Pierced poison in their meek hearts.
Do you really love seeing someone mourning?

All we asked is just one true love
But instead you brought us pain
How could we entrust you with our hearts?
If you spend your pass time just breaking our hearts

**eros is seen in greek mythology, but he is most famous with the name cupid. hope u like it

At first, I kind of recognized the title 'Eros' and when I read it, thats when it hit me. So anyway, the concept was great but I think you need to tighten up the lines little bit. But indeed this is a good piece.

This is a good poem i stil think that your other one was better but it was still good...i do think that you could write longer poems thou i mean just let the words flow out of you it seems as if you are holding yourself back a lil bit..

I love Greek Mythology so this definitly caught my eye when I read the title. The flow was spot on and the word choice was well picked out. Using Eros instead of the basic cupid was creative. Well done on this.~mel
