Days of Mud

by МÅťťђĕш Яĕĩŋĕßĕřg   Apr 26, 2004

Day by day, the cycle never ends.
Wake up tired,
Get ready,
Go to school.
Endless trudging through life's mud.

Everyday, it never seems to stop.
Do my work,
Take a test,
Go home tired.
Forever on, through the mud.

Dreary days take eternity.
Think of you,
Think of us,
Of the past.
Since you left I'm stuck in the mud.

All the days stay so dark.
Tried to break,
Wouldn't cut,
Too much pain.
I shall not spill my own blood.

Each day the burning goes on.
You can't come back,
We can't be
Anymore.
Slowly I become one with the mud.
