Less than a person do you make me feel

a subdued existence-unloved and unreal

a token placed where a need has been rested

conveniently moved or lovingly nested

you shall walk way when i need you there

you shall turn your back and shed not a tear

you shall not hurt when i hurt inside

but when its your hurt i must abide

but why do i wait? why do i obey?

i am not a puppet with which you can play.

it is because i think i know who you are

underneath all the lies underneath all the scars

there lies a person who loves without lies

and that love is for me without compromise
