Burning eyes

As i look into your eyes

all i saw was the sun rise

it became as if i got lost in a black hole

your eyes became the coal for that fire which couldn't even be contained

as i stare in your eyes and yours into mine

our love grows and becomes entwined

i feel so happy and my eyes open to the realization of a dream

which has just become reality

a fear just came over me

to lose you is to lose all that i know

so i will hold on tight

holding back things that are right

to keep you here with me

as i feel your gaze through the burning night
