Imprinting

It's in a book
That I once read
About beautiful
And mythical creatures

But this one tale
That comes with being a werewolf
I know it to be true

To "imprint" as they call it
Means "soul mate" in a way
Or more thats what it's like

See I have imprinted
I feel that soulful pull
I can feel you draw me in

But you don't see
Don't seem to notice me
And just how I feel about you

Sometimes I wish
I was brave enough
To tell you what i feel

But it would be easier
On both of us
If I simply did one thing

If I took your face
Between my hands
And let our lips show you the truth
