Nothing to Escape - Crawl Right Back

by Kitoura   Aug 13, 2007

It seems all I have left is you,
I've run away for far too long,
And now I know I can't escape
This hold you have on me.

And I have to tear away.
It's a disease flowing through my veins,
And even when I run from it,
Your chaos brings me crawling right back.

I wish it were a dream,
Then I would need to wake someday,
To find what's left of my world,
To lose what's left of what was.

And I have to tear away.
It's a disease flowing through my veins,
And even when I run from it,
Your chaos brings me crawling right back.

And I can't say what I did was right,
But I know that in the end,
Only one of us would leave
The lie we've called home.
It feels good to be free,
To have redeemed,
To become real again,
And if you had given up your way,
And left behind your hate,
You could've been anything.
If you gave up your lies,
I knew you could've been real too,
But to me you'll always have that touch,
That surreal sense,
To me you'll never change -
LIAR.
No longer do I care what you say,
I can keep running until I die,
And when you take your place in Hell.

And I have to tear away.
It's a disease flowing through my veins,
And even when I run from it,
Your chaos brings me crawling right back.
