Someday

by Katrina   Aug 18, 2007

Walking along the forest bed.
I feel so much dread.

I can here the sound of the creek.
Maybe today will be a new streak.

I can smell the flowers, there sweet scent.
I hope to repent!

The water is cold on my hands.
Nobody really understands.

I look at my reflection in the water.
It looks like I need a doctor.

My eyes are filled with sadness.
I am nothing gorgeous.

My lips try to smile.
Its like I was sent to exile.

Will this ever change?
Or is it out of my range?

Maybe someday I could be better.
Because I know I am not a traitor.
