Not good enough??

Just laying around looking for the answer
wondering if i don't deserve what you all seem to get
crying all night
am i not good enough for it

cant seem to find that friend
the one you can love
the one that gives it all up to you till the end
just that special friend

asking for a chance
to experience something just like that
maybe soon ill get lucky
instead of seeing loneliness as dreadful pain as the only facts

wanting to just hear i love you
wanting just that light in the dark
someone just as lost as me too
so we can get together and build each other a start
