Abyss

I died,
Last night.
On a cold floor,
In a dark room.
I silenced,
My heart's pain.
I loved once,
And left all.
I realized,
How hurt I was.
I ended it,
With a pill and a bottle.
I deserved it,
To die.
To die like this,
I had it coming.
I never knew,
Love and sorrow.
They have so much in common,
That it's deadly.
After all of,
My tears.
I cry in vain,
To hide my smile.
The one,
That's broken.
Broken from life,
From hatred.
I tell my story,
In suspense.
No one,
Sees it coming.
I die so fast,
And choke.
Choke on my words,
As I faint.
The lights dim,
And I see nothing.
Darkness has freed me,
As I glide into abyss.
