Moruya Drive

by Sam Azam   Sep 4, 2007

I took a swift bottle to the chest
And ended up feeling disappointment of all sorts
Because the bottle didn't break.
There weren't any magnificent shards
Brave enough to penetrate my heart
And tell me how good I've been.
Instead, the floor got all that glory.
And all I was left with was a sticky broken mess on the tiles.
But down there on Moruya Drive
The walls excellently hid my shame.
