Pedestal

Standing on a pedestal
nude for all to see
completely exposed
there is no them, only me
and though I'm alone
i still feel their stares
and i am scared
because there is no them
only me
afraid of what the may say
i close my eyes and wish them away
but they don't ever leave
so i open my eyes only to see
there is no them, only me
