Loving You

by Broken Inside   May 1, 2004

You’re the kind of person

That hates to commit.

You want to be free to flirt.

What you don’t see,

Is how much it hurts.

You may not realize it,

But you probably wouldn't care if you did.

You say I underestimate you,

Well you’re right.

I only do that

Because I know you.

You can pick a fight,

But you know the truth.

Even though I know you and your ways,

I still can’t get over you.

I think something may be wrong with me,

Every time you smile or laugh

I melt like ice.

When you lie to me,

I feel like I want to die.

Now I’m afraid,

What if I never stop loving you?
