Angel (Cinquain)

by Bryan   Oct 10, 2007

Angel,
Shattered in two,
Lost in such tragedy,
Forever forgotten by love,
Broken.

Cinquain is a short, usually unrhymed poem consisting of twenty-two syllables distributed
as 2, 4, 6, 8, 2, in five lines. It was developed by the Imagist poet, Adelaide Crapsey.

I absolutely loved this. Your words held so much emotion and for such a short poem, you really did a great job at holding a story line. Great job.
