Pecan Shell

by abcede   Oct 23, 2007

I'm a pecan shell - I'm tough to undo
you cannot do it and desire a clue.
You gnash and you grind - yet never attain
the treasure inside that's had to be gained
I'm unyielding and hard, but there is a way
but i will not tell you - it's not mine to say
but cunning and wise
the normal - look past!
you need to pursue - - out will and outlast!
For once you work at your duty to me,
oh the prize you'll attain...
the Blessings you'll see!
