Trippin' (Funny, attempt)

by Spoken Silence   Nov 5, 2007

(One of my friends. CrazyLobo* showed me a funny poem so I thought I would attempt to make a poem of my own that was funny, or at least try to)
(*name taken out, but thats her pen name)

I

I met a man, a beautiful man,
Walked like a stallion, ate like a stallion,
Therefore he is one?
It's to much to think about,
To much contemplations in the world.
We all might as well have constipation.
Just like that little boy who lived next door,
Oh! I can hear him still.
Out back on one of those outdoor bathrooms.
What are they called?
Those ones that are made of wood?
What a writer I am, forgetting words.

II

Is that funny to you?
Watching a person fall to the ground?
No, more like tripping them,
Some people like watching people trip.
I often trip over nothing but the ground.
I have sprained my ankle tripping over the ground.
It is possible that the ground moves on its own?
It could have a master plan.
you all walk on me too much, you must all fall.
Is that what the ground says?
It would be very creepy if the ground does talk.

(Yes my very sad attempt to write a funny poem, sad as it may be. This is dedicated to Crazylobo*)
