Fear

Fear constricts my movements.
Fear is in my blood.
Makes it hard to breathe
Makes it hard to see.
This fear will never go away

This fear makes life so hard.
Can't even think without it being there
From when I wake up to when I sleep
It stays with me all day
When I sleep is when I finally get away.

Fear controls my way of life
Making it hard to just get by
I just wish I'd go away
If only for a day.

I can't help what I'm feeling
This fear has changed my life
