In a person so perfect to be.
I find it hard to believe
For her to be In love with me.
I find it hard to believe
The eyes you have in those sockets
Are not the stars people try to reach
With giant ships propelled by rockets
At times, I find it hard to believe
That I make you smile so big
So big that the gums on your teeth show
So big and so much that everyone asks me
What do I do to make you so happy.
And to keep you that way, I wish I knew how exactly.
I find it hard to believe,
You haven't moved on,
You haven't gotten bored,
You haven't gotten tired.
I find it hard to believe,
How you're being so modest
By being with this average being.
It's hard to believe
But I really don't want you to leave.
