"She is seeing the invisible now
achieving the impossible now,
Feeling the intangible now,
Because she is trying now,
She is moving again,
Tears gone cuz she is moving on,
She is breathing now,
Her life is rising and she is living now..."
But that is only what they tell you,
The fortune of a numbered few,
The rest,imprisoned,never to be found,
Forever bound,
By piety,religion,suspicion,honour
Not even worth the piece of bread
Thrown at her...
Like the china doll,
Treasured and admired
And in a fit of rage,
Thrown away,broken,scattered
That is all thats left...
A few pieces of broken china-a hollow shell
Bound only by the beating heart
Because the soul has already left
Flown-to the only place it can find rest.
Note:
The first stanza(in quotes)is taken from a friend's(ali khan) poem(living now) as this poem is in answer to that one.
