Car crash suicide

by jason   Nov 26, 2007

He called out her name drifting out of control

he had felt it was time to loose his soul

the wreck had caused miles of angry traffic

but he was free as if saved by magic

he layed there with wide open eyes

the distant calling of her name like no surprise

she walked toward him hair flowing with the breeze

like the goddess of love he fell to his knees

in ore of her beauty he was giving his life

for a chance of making her his heavenly wife

she took him by the hand

and they walked to wards the promised land

she looked down his body slumped out the door

his soul she had captured the real pain no more

"its true I'm free of pain and hurt"

his last words as he grasped at the dirt

she put her wings around his soul and flew

he whispered in her ear" i love you"

"i know"she said as they passed through the sky

"in heavens writing there was always you and i"

a shooting star flew through the midnight hour

"up there look"the ambulance crew shouted

"looks like another angel of death"they looked astounded

it was true she came for him this night

he knew it was his time,he had waited all his life

his motionless body now getting zipped in a black bag

the ambulance man said,"he looks happy at peace not at all looking sad

faded light turning all so dark and cold

is only the body, the soul will never grow old....

That was great. The imagery, the power it really flowed and backed up what you were saying. 5/5

Wow! I can tell you put a lot of emotion into this. This is written really well and it flows so nicely. This actually reminds me of something that happened to a friend of mine. Thanks for sharing this, it helps me out. 5/5 :) Katie
