Trust

by Gasttlee   Dec 13, 2007

Trust is real
for you to feel
as placing a seal.

Integrity is the key
for all the glee.

Promises are made
driven as escalades.

Trust works both ways
as two sides of highways.

You send hope
that all will cope.

It’s treasure
beyond any measure.

It breeds motivation
when you suffer starvation.

Trust is no joke,
for if broken, you’ll stroke.

We all hold it to heart
like great folk art
and if destroyed difficult to restart.

When life leaves you to rust,
just think, who can you trust?

Something about your poetry gives me so much inspiration, I think it is the meaning and truth behind them. You explain things nicely throughout your poems expressing things deeply and holding a touch of beauty. You flowed this together nicely and it had a enchanting elegant rhyme. Well done. This was beautiful. Keep on writing so I can keep on reading your magical poems. ~Mel
