I had a dream of you and me
Walking by the seashore
In my dream you appeared to be
The person who I most adore

Your smile shone brightly
Although there was a sun set
I was holding you tightly
Without a glimpse of regret

Such a sweet person stands beside
Warm eyes and wide smile always there
My emotions didn't have a place to hide
From your deep loving stare

The dream showed me our togetherness
The way you would act if you were mine
