He wasn't popular at the best
Because he was unlike the rest
Cliques made jokes because he was gay
But he was true to himself- it's ok

To be yourself is to be a sin
In the society that we're in
All he wanted was a date
But everyone was filled with hate

People were scared, they stayed away
Afraid their f(r)iends might call them gay
He was a good friend, he'd be there
But they were too insecure to care

He's the same as you and me
Trying to find someone, you see
Someone who will love, someone to always be there
But he's a minority- you don't f'king care
