Libra

by ephemera   Jan 18, 2008

Me:I've got a lifetime to find you
But the trouble is
I know exactly where you are
Taking my time
Until the moment is right

Me:Now I've admitted it to you
Him: I think I could love you too

Him:But this could be the beginning of us
Or it could sever everything
Everything we've ever dreamed
All these years of friendship
We could end up with nothing

Me:All because we didn't wait
Him:Or because you took your time

Hey I hope this wasn't confusing. I just wanted to recreate a moment in my life.

This is called Libra because of the balance that there is in the poem. Ironically, he is a Libra. Go figure.
