Blood as cold as ice

I feel my heart beating
its beating but I'm not breathing
i am in a cold sweat
alone in this room
shaking with fear
awaiting my doom
death is upon my lips
and i see nothing but wandering mice
i feel something painful stake my heart
now my blood is as cold as ice
