I'm Missing You

by Jordan   Jan 28, 2008

Thinking of you and calling you at work,
You picked up and it made me feel like a dork,
You said you were busy and then you sort of flipped,
I am going to say that my mind had really slipped.
So not being with you makes me blue,
And I miss you a lot like I always do,
All I wanted to do was to kiss you.
Counting down the minutes to talk to you yet,
The anxiety growing and the nervousness I'm going to get.
As the hours get shorter they seem to slow down,
And not being with you is dull like the color brown.
You're at work bringing home the bread,
While I'm sitting here going crazy in my head.
I hope you're thinking of me while you're working hard,
I'm sitting here and not going very far,
Because when you're not here I don't know what to do,
I just know that I'm missing you.
And when we're together the good times we're going to have,
Washing over my body like a gigantic wave,
Lighting up my heart like a spontaneous rave,
But without you here is like a dark dreary cave,
I hope you come home and maybe have my heart saved?
You're going to be my boo throughout the years,
Maybe when we're 21 we'll have some beers.
An hour to go until you come home,
And then I wont be so alone.
You're the girl who I really miss,
So hurry up babe and I'll see you really quick.
