In another lifetime

Before I couldn't wait to see,
What life has in store for me,
But then I met you,
And I knew that it's wrong to say, "I love you."

I'll never forget our first meeting,
I really thought I was dreaming,
To have seen someone like you,
Who has given beauty a whole new meaning...

It really saddens me that we only
have a small possibility,
But I still want to take a risk even if
it's only a maybe,
Will there be another way?
I've ran out of things to say...

If we can't be together in this lifetime,
I would wait for you some other time,
Until every word will rhyme,
That will be a sign that you can be mine...

I just have to say that it's really hard
to pretend that I like you,
When the truth is I'm in love with you!
Will "NO" be the meant to be answer?
In another lifetime we'll probably be together...
