I don't understand friendship

Friends
i just don't understand them

how one second they are the best
and the next, everything changes

how one moment they are totally on your side
and the next, they stab you in the back

i don't understand why they can't be loyal
i mean c'mon..... my dog is more loyal then them

but why is that?
i just don't understand...
