Lost...

The time spent together went by fast,
And I find it hard to comprehend.
How one person was the reason we couldn't last,
And because of that I lost my best friend.
What we had is so hard to find,
I know that I will never forget you.
Every memory is fresh on my mind,
There is not a one that I refuse.
Each moment spent together,
Was time well spent.
You made my days go by so much better,
Because of you I smiled everywhere I went.
There were nights when i cried,
You were there to comfort me.
You were always by my side,
You made me believe.
But now you are gone,
And I don't know what to do.
I feel so alone,
And lost without you.
