I have always written poetry, and honestly, never shared it. This is my first time actually putting myself "out there", as it were, and I am eager to recieve feedback. My poetry ranges from dark, depressed reminiscence of my younger days, to the more 'spoken word' type of poetry...I spent 3 years living with a hip-hop artist, and am facinated with the 'sound' of poetry, freestyling and such. I would love to learn more about the "technical" aspects of writing poetry, so any suggetions are appreciated! Thanks a bunch!
