thats interesting. i'm sure its not the end of the michael jackson issues though.
look out, in another few years we'll have the same case come up again, just like it did a few years ago. they'll never find enough direct proof to prove him guilty or not...if they would have, they woulda found it by now, since theres been 2 trials against him about the same thing

Yaha i agree. dont think hes guilty at all. i just think maybe he should have been more careful so people didnt get the wrong idea about his liking of ikle children.

I thought justice was supposed to be blind, focusing on facts. Discrediting witness testimony due to previous crimes, hearsay and poverty (wtf does poverty have to do with the truth?) does not happen here in the UK, it is illegal.

Whether he did it or not, well only he and the boys involved know. The future will be interesting to say the least.

I wonder if any more cases will come up now that hes been found non-Guilty?

  • Madison

First of all I think hes not guilty, and its just a plan for a huge pay day of the childs mother.

If it really did happen and he was guilty, hes not only to blame, HELLO who the hell would send their child off to some grown adults house..for a sleepover nonless.
It was stupid to have sleepover with the kids, and thats where the parents should make wise choices, which was clearly not done in this situation..

Also BECAUSE he has the money, people would say stuff like that to get rich off of it.

  • pinkalias

Not necessarily Madison. I am not 100% for either side-as I stated in message forums- but i am more so convinced that he is guilty of these crimes.

"If it really did happen and he was guilty, hes not only to blame, HELLO who the hell would send their child off to some grown adults house..for a sleepover nonless."

Well that really can't be used as an argument considering some mothers are willing to put their children into that situation, knowing the actions which are about to take place, so that they can bring him to court and make a disgusting load of money.

so even though the mothers are sick and twisted to put their kids through that horrendous act for money, doesn't mean he didn't commit the crime.

Mr.Shank you just discribed a pediphile. someone who loves kids, someone who has something kids love, and "he wants them to experience the things he never got to do" what things is that? sexual things? Catholic priests are not pediphile i have literally done a search on that and they are the least likely of all to be pediphiles. if you want i can give you my paper on it.
first of all i want you to know i like some of Micheal Jacksons old songs i thought he was a cute kid but he changed his image and as everyone i know says he looks like his sister enough to almost pass as twins he is not a black man anymore he turned himself white for reasons i dont know (i dont mean any offence to and black people you all are awsome)
second if he really was a kid in heart then why only boys? why is it that he only has had sleepover with boys? and if there was a girl i have yet to hear of it. and if his love for kids is pure and innocent then shouldnt Catholic priests be as well? why condem them while you dont him?
i agree sending kids to have sleepovers and an adults how is wrong unless they have kids which if i remember correctly Micheal doesnt have kids living with him. parents need to be more careful these days.
but just because of that it doesnt mean that he is innocent. my brother-in-law acts like a ten yearold and he is married he buys starwars action figures and wont get my sister a car so she can get a job. does that give him a reason to have sexual intercourse with my two-year-old sister or my fsix-year-old brother??? you tell me. though i probibly will be told i am full of bull shit. have a nice day.

I state agian, I never thought it wsa guilty, and I agree with bob on how he was deprived of his childhood. He was also surrouned by family who wasnt allways supportive. He would watch his brothers and his own dad have sex, while hes in the next room. I think he might be a troubled person inside, but I never agreed with the tabloids etc. I think he was clearly innocent, and the jurry must have had some suspictions agianst the mother, to make the case turn out this way.

I still stand strong with my statement, how even if he was guilty, the mothers should have never let her children go to a grown adults house. Maybe thats just me, but I dont think I would ever send my child to a grown adults house for the night, no matter how famous he/she truely was.

I love Michael Jackson to death...and I know many people here will think I am strange...but that's ok. I truely believed from day one that he wasn't guilty.
He may be an excentric man, but I don't think he would molest little kids. I agree with bob. I think he just missed out on his child hood and wants to make sure that it never happens to anyone else so he is not only trying to get back his lost childhood but he is also trying to make sure little kids never loose theirs. If parents want to leave their kids with him (or any other celibrity for that matter) that's their choice...but if something happens to their child than they only have themselves to blame for putting their child in that position...Even though 99.999% of the time nothing will happen and there is nothing to worry about.

Bob, I'd really like you to tell me this since your older and know more about this probably then others...I've only heard bits and peices of the Michael Jackson thing and was always unsure of what to think and to believe..But if you have heard this can you tell me if its true or not..If your not sure its ok...What about the porn they found with childrens fingerprints on them..What happened to that? And is it true that three members of the jury were really close with Michael? They say one man had stayed there, and one woman knew him from when he was younger... the other i wanted to know was....Didn't you hear of the child who said he saw Michael Jacksons penis and drew a picture of it...I know most of them look the same...But This child said that he had a birth diffect...But before he went to the police Michael payed him 25 million to not say anything....I wasn't quite sure if these were rumors or true? Can you explain a little more please

You know what Mr.Shank you are so right. I am so sorry i ever thought that Micheal Jackson was guilty. you know what I think he should make and orginzation P.O.A Pediphiles of America. oh i think that they can only be ones with bad backround and those who changed their skin color. and i think that every home that has a child should have one. all those who dont have one i will get a phone number and get you one right away. and since we need them we might as well say that all of you who have bad childhood are going to become pediphiles and thus they also need their own bath rooms so not to "make kids smile" until night time. and if you think this wrong dont worry you will find it ok when your kids come up with pictures of the body and smile say things like "mommy guess what i gave a blow job today are you proud?" and "daddy I lost my virginity today but dont worry you'll get a raise from your boss"

Ok I havn't read all the posts, but Michael Jackson had a vey troubled chilhood. He wasn't allowed to be a child and missed out on things. He said he used to sit inside and sing whilst watching others playing baseball etc. He is living his childhood now. In his heart he believes he is Peter Pan, now can you tell me that's a mind of someone with a normal sense of mind?
He's reliving his child hood, and having kids in his bed/room seems just like a sleepover to him. How many adults are going to truly want to befriend him because of his personality? He is a child inside, and all the children want to befriend him because he is just like him. Adults see his money and fame. Watching the "Living with Michael Jackson" documentary will show you how childlike he is. I don't think he is capable of molestation.

I don't think he did it , which i would say is a good thing he isn't guilty .... He missed out alot on he childhood ... he is labled a some sorta freak for how he is (plastic surgery and stuff)....maybe seeing kids happy in his Neverland ranch made him happy . there wasn't enough or some evidence that he did moslest those kids ..except what the children said .but I would agee that having young kids sleeping in his bed is kinda weird ... but eh look at all those kids who sleep in their parents beds .. you don't here them getting introuble or nothing .

I believe he was innocent! They had no DNA and really no evidence. Think of all the millions of children that have visited and stayed at his home. Why have only a few come forward with these accusations? It's awlays someone looking for a pay off. Michael Jackson is different I have to admit but he wasn't able to have a childhood. I think the jury made the right decision!
