Anyone planning on being an author, artist, poet, etc.

Okay, I thought this would be good for anyone who is working on a book or story or cartooning or whatever to talk about their storys, characters, and other ideas and give advice to each other. I'm working on a book titled Legend of the Marauder.

Well, I write. I'm currently writing a novel and on the side, I write poetry and play drums in a band... That count for you?

Cool I never tryed piano...Guitar is the only thing i play but I'm getting better at drums:)

I play snare drum, but anyway, yes, photography and other forms of art counts. just write your ideas and feel free to ask questions.

I've written two novels that are pending publishing. And I love writing poetry (obviously), and I also work in the "arts" (I sing, write, and tab songs for my band and several other bands that I manage). I also play guitar, do some interior desgin, tutor elementary school kids, and also teach guitar AND singing lessons. And I'm not kidding about ANY of it.

I'm a damn busy fifteen year old.

Can anyone beat that?!

kewl, Julia. I have a friend whose a gfx novelist. We're working on an RPG together now.

I have 1 novel that I plan on completing during my lifetime. I don't write novels though, so it's more of a side project I do when I can't do other things. It wouldn't work as a movie though. Not mainstream, anyway. It's, uh, complicated.

i want to right my own book

Yes I have wrote a book, it is 128 pages long. I'm planning on publishing and signing a contract with a place called AuthorHouse. I actually got inspired from Eirisa to write it. It's called "The Person in the Mirror". I know the summer of 2006, it will be on websites, libraries and in stores all over. I am so excited and my goal is not to get a whole bunch of money or anything, but I'd really like to touch people. A lot of people say that nothing will happen with it because I am 14 years old, but I can't wait to proove them wrong because I have been working hard for seven months and finally finished it!! I can't wait and hopefully you all can read it! An author is def. what I want to be!!
