you wouldn't be able to understand because of your belief you think Satan is "evil" "bad" "confusing" but really he isn't thats just what you have been lead to believe.

Just cuz i am sad and depressed i can still be a Christian being emo doesnt always mean you dress goth I feel sorry for all you people in here cuz i aint gonna lie to you most of you are gonna go to Hell i mean is that what you want?

I guess I will be the second Emo Christian girl that anyone has ever met. I am of the faith of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day saints, commonly know as the mormon church, and before any one says anything, no we do not practice poligomy *the practice of men having multiple wives.* It is cool to hear about other religions too. My friend is a Satinist, but is says it is against her religion to tell me about her religion b/c she doesn't want me to get hurt. Can anyone fill me in on that?

well it's not against it really but you only should explain it/give your opinions on the matter when they ask you. like you asked that question I was able to answer because you asked about it but if you didn't ask me anything and I just was telling everyone about it then that would be against it

If your god is forgiving, surely he can forgive despair? For people like me who seem (can't think of the right word so I'll use wrong) to you, its the world that has done us wrong first and I can't believe only one God is responsible for nearly everything.

Anyway, being sad and depressed doesn't just make you an emo.

I believe God always forgives a contrite heart. The heart that is our emotions can in unity with our minds experience the pain of sorrow. The pain of sorrow has been known to affect the soul. The spirit of forgiveness is divine. We can use our pain of sorrow for purification, and healing. Sorrow which does not cause a willful decision to avoid the sorrow is the unhealthy condition of the mind called sadness and depression.

I have a friend who believes that there must be more than one god controling this too. It is all about belief really. In my belief God can forgive dispair but the big thing is that people never forever themselves for whatever the do wrong. When you are forgiven but still punishing yourself how is any god going to help you? (this is my position now.) Anyway, I also know that emo doesn't just mean sad and depressed, I had a reason for calling myself that but my whole life story really doesn't need to be rehersed here at this forum. It doesn't really fit with the topic to say the least.

I believe in God, but I don't really believe heavily, I'm more, yeah there is a higher power. But I guess I could be considered Christian because I believe in the Christian God more so. I just dont think religion should tie one down, and i don't really think the bible is all true. so call me what you want lol, I guess I'm just not totally sure about anything.

If you were on who wants to be a millionaire with one question left and all three life lines, and the last question was; who is known as the creator of the universe
    A…God B Satan C Regis Philman D Kevin Murray

Would you poll the audience, phone a friend, or narrow it down?

  • Once an Angel

    wow that is funny.

  • Truest Lies

I don't know who Regis Philman is, and Kevin Murray is a poet on this site, right?
So it's probably between God and Satan.
I'd choose God. After all, there are a lot of Christians who believe that he is the creator of the universe.
...It could be a trick question. though...

    ^ I Love That Site!!!
    And that quiz in particular.
I am interested in the whole pagan, wiccan type of thing. I'm not a practicing wiccan cause I have a slight..ehrm...problem with the "If it harms none do as you will" thing...
I love knowing all the old world beliefs, gods and goddesses.
If I had to choose something I believe in most strongly I would say The Gaia Principle...anyone else know what I am talking about?
