Very Disgusted

I am very disgusted at Eric Bauman, the owner of the site Ebaumsworld.com I hate him. He is the biggest loser in the whole world. He is a theif.

He takes pride in stealing pictures and videos of the net and posting them on his own site and placing his own copyright on them. How is that right? He owns one of the biggest, "comedy" sites in the world, yet he steals everything and the things that he doesn't steal are gross and disgusting. I can't believe at the amount of people that find his things funny.

They may be funny to some 10 year old immature guy. Which is suprising considering Eric Bauman is supposedly in his 20's. You may think that I am just ranting but there is something that really angered me.

Eric Bauman makes fun of obese, disordered, and people from different cultures. How is that funny? Eric Bauman placed a picture on his website of Bush and Osama Bin Lauden fist fighting on the same day of the twin tower bombings..once again disgusting.

He shows pictures of woman and labels it, "the perfect woman"

this woman has no head, or arms, just a female with a pair of breats and legs. And then he preceds to make fun of children with disorders.

What right does he have to make fun of a girl with a disorder and place it on his site that has over 100 000 visitors a day?

I didn't even watch the full video. I was shocked at how perverted this man is.

And then, just to make everything even better, when he steals his clips and things like that, he doesnt actually host it on his site, he puts the video on his site, but it is actually streaming from the site he stole it from.

Therefore, he will never have to pay one cent in running his site considering he never loses bandwith.

It was brought to his attention that it is illegal to put people on the internet in videos without the person's permission.

If you watched that video, I swear that little girl was NOT a public figure.

My 12 year old youngest brother likes the games and the videos. If he did something wrong, he would be gone by now. Don't ya think?

Yeah i'm signing. That is disgusting! He shouldn't be allowed to do that sort of thing, especially mocking other people, if he was Mr. Perfect then maybe he could, but i'm sure he's not. And yes I have seen most of his stuff elsewhere, and thinki it's terrible that he's able to put his website URL on the pictures and videos etcQ! Sign the petition!

Heh. Think, Ismail What if your brother stumbles across one of the sexually active videos that have no warning about them? Like the, boy getting first boner video? How will he like the website then? He could scarred and end up slower in development just because of that. The website clearly says, fun clean humor, clean jokes. It does NOT say that it has any sexual content.

Imagine if you were a parent, trying to entertain your son/daughter and his/her friend? And you stumbled across ebaums world and was going to watch a video that according to the title, was funny? How embarrased would you be to find out that it was pornography? What would you tell the child's parents? The child would most likely be haunted by those photos for the majority of his childhood.

And Ismail, did you even watch the video? It is disturbing. If I was 12, I would definitely not find that funny, I would be scared to death.

If he's 12 years old he's probably already went through that. >_<

If you can't handle the site don't go to it, it's that simple. But if he did something seriously wrong he wouldn't be there right now. So it's no use complaining about it.

Secondly, this is a website, my brother plays games in it, and if there was pornography, he would not watch it. Nor see it.

You contesting something that was filmed not by Ebaumsworld but by people who pervert it. He is just a person who puts it in his sites. If people want to watch it, they can. It's their choice.

Well, he DOES do things that are seriously wrong, and 90% of his stuff is stolen, which is against the law. And then, videos making fun of Actors are illegal also, and same with posting videos of people without their consent unless they are public figures. And then, pornography without warning is another illegal thing? Is commiting crimes not seriously wrong? Or am I missing something here.

Ismail, the titles are somewhat misleading sometimes. Your brother may have been just surfing through the games and ended up on a game that was not suitable for his age.

If my brother did see something so horrendous, he would love nothing more than to show me. All he has done was see some funny southpark videos, and play anime and bunny games.

No. Actually I would not. Considering, south park actually says how it is an 18+ show.

And, it warns you before it starts. The intro to the show, it's a theme song, and that's all.

I'm angry about the theft, and some of the content I must say, the one featuring disabled people, but I think for protection it wouldn't be hard for them to put warnings. Everything goes together in what I'm angry at.

Mostly the fore warning and disabled people...I don't expect to make a difference, I'm just angry.

And also, I can't say that I am angry at him for the content, as I am not sure if HE is the one who actually submits it, or if other people do and he just puts it on the site. But for him to put it on the site is also something that I don't like whether or not he found it or made it or warped it or whatever.

But, for ponographic content, I don't really care as long as there is a warning before hand. There are tons of pornographic sites and I could care less.

Ever think that maybe you two just don't have the same sense of humor? I think people who think it's hilarious. And I know people who think Chuck Norris jokes are the best jokes ever, while some simply hate it.

And, I bet he actually asks permission to use those. Or they were never copyrighted by the owner. In which case he could easily steal them and there could be no legal action taken against him.

As for the warnings... You don't really need them because if you get the link to the site you should more then likely know what you are going into.

Me: First of all. I do NOT go on it. But I can't stop myself from thinking about all the children who do. People come to this site, and get tricked intro believing things like racism is humor. They believe it is humor for the rest of their lives. Things start young. haven't been on ebaums for awhile, does he really steal the content? or does he credit his contributers? if he is putting other's content on his website without permission and without posting proper credit - that's definitely illegal. consult your congressman. (or if you really want to get him, just send a letter to gw saying that he's sending children gay pornographic material via the internet)

Everything else...barring there's no child pornography...I think it's protected by the 1st ammendment.

I don't know. There aren't a lot of statutes for Internet law yet. I'm basing most of these assertions on other media.
