ACCEPTANCE

ACCEPTANCE
What do you do when all around is dissension?
When the ways of life are beyond comprehension
You try to understand, try to own it all
You carry the weight of the world, and only fall
Try as you might, you can't do it alone
You work so hard your tired to the bone
But in the end nothing has really changed
Except your worn out, everything else stays the same
You have to let it go, don't own it anymore
You need to be willing to close that door
Work on yourself, be alone for awhile
After all that's are only real trial
To change how you see and react to it all
To accept completely, the big and the small
Look inside yourself and you will see
Life goes on just how it is meant to be

Wayne, this is fantastically rhymed and the flows so smoothly line by line and the message within it is truly inspiring and one that we should all take note of because in life we can control nothing I feel and though it is probably clichéd everything happens for a reason.

1: It's difficult to feel the weight of the world on our shoulders but what makes it much more difficult is feeling alone when doing so. A friend in these situations goes a long way.

2: Yes, when we are in the dark hole it's hard to escape it but somehow, some way we do and for awhile we do feel exhausted fighting what seems like a never ending battle but as I said we escape for a little especially with support off family and friends.

3: Agreed we have to look out for number one for a change and if that means holding people at arms length then so be it.

4: I liked these lines because they hold great advice, we should all take what is giving to us big or small.

    Fantastic write, Em
