The Ride

by Larry Chamberlin   Aug 24, 2009

Here we go round the Milky Way,
Spinning the solar cycle,
Rotate, revolving, whipping 'round
Scream "Yahoo" like a psycho.

Orion's up we point & shoot,
Then pitch our shouts to daybreak,
The tail whips out & calls us back
Catching up to our neighbors.

Around we come, back up again,
Dizzy falling to Terra!
Time to raise our arms in the air:
"Yaa!" Smile for the camera.

I like this, because I like rides, I thought this was very funny.

Thank you, Abbie. We are all in this ride together.

You have managed to capture the "ride" very well, or at least several rides I have been on in the past.
Great job on the write, made me want to go to the park and try one of these things again.

    Take care,
    Kay
