Lost in the past

Here I am
lost in thought
can't stop thinking about my past
thoughts of suicide flooding my mind
am I doing what's right
living a huge lie
dwelling on the past
the pain is indescribable
so much pain
not sure I can take much more
death seems like the only choice
I don't know what's worse
death or life
when I'm dead
then there will be no more pain
I can't bottle it in any more
all I want to do is die
I don't know what to do
anymore

    Instead of letting it hurt you, Let it make you stronger. Think of all the reasons why you held on for so long and let it make you stronger. The past may never be changed, but you can change your future if you are willing to face whatever comes at you. After all the one thing that all humans possess is the will to never give up no matter how bad it gets.

    Hunny, there comes a time in all of our lives when we feel like we're living a lie, that there's nothing we can do to change the situation were in. But there is hope. I promise. You are so very strong and you will overcome the hurt you feel. Only time will tell.

    Sweetie, pain does live beyond death but the past is the past, something you cannot relive. All of that pain is not going to be felt anymore, the things that you've been through won't happen again the same way they did before. You've been strong enough to make it this far and there are many beautiful years in front of you dear. Okay?
