Marry a nurse

A sick deal for the sick called Obamacare
Seemingly healthy prez' says all folks must be somewhere.
I'm not being rash, but to scratch my itch requires an ointment
for three hours recording tells me how important I am trying to make an appointment.
plan doesn't cover band-aids or pills
I really should be writing up my will.
I survive until my appointment date
told to take a number...100 to the power of eight.
Theres ten folks waiting, ten shades of pale
an overprotective mother nursing her sons hangnail.
Ew! someones thrown up! please get a mop and a sad criminal handcuffed to a hatchet faced cop.
this is not quite what I expected
be a bloody miracle if I leave here un-infected.
scraped bike rider going downhill fast
un-expert skier waiting to be cast.
stripper with sugar daddies paid for breasts
don't draw enough attention...waiting for some tests.
A loaded teenager sniffed to much glue.
a man who cant hold it together yelling I will sue.
sickly looking fellow whose muscles are aching
fever so high needs a thermometer for baking.
bloody gang bangers and colicky babies with gas
a creepy old pervert with something wedged up his....esophagus.
strange bag lady rants she was bitten by a viper (asp me if I care)
an old man with overflowing diaper (I'm not changing him)
Everywhere I look hypochondria defined
ghost pains and the chronic colorblind.
I peek through a door and what do I see?
a doc high on his own supply rushing to surgery.
Avoiding the hospital now that's the trick
these days it healthier staying home being sick.
A just arrived man is seen way before me
His HMO in the ER for Rx with RN makes him VIP.
My ailing medical coverage is quite the crap
makes me want to stay inside wrapped in protective bubble wrap.
When the sick get going the going gets tough.
I will try home remedies I've had quite enough.
I am gone. As I pass through the emergency
I see turbaned patients looks the whole Taliban insurgency.
Mobs of sick folks from every nation
must plan their trip to America as a medical vacation.
At least im walking and not resting in a hearse
I think I will marry a nurse.
