Senses of a Madman

by Matt Carroll   Feb 4, 2015

Another old one I found...

Just a word, a whisper, the words how they dance
Without fail I've fallen into your trance
Resistance so futile I've perished the thought
Of ever escaping the lusting you've wrought

Just a sample, a taste, oh such a sultry delight
Has wrapped me in your arms tonight
I could never deny such indulgent desire
You bring the gasoline, I'll be your fire

Just a look, just a glance, such an unequaled bliss
To deny or rebuke I would be so remiss
I fall prey to your eyes as the day does to dawn
As quick as the winter sun sees to be gone

Just a touch, just a brush, that's all it will take
To bring me to pieces, my knees how they quake
I could barely form words, my composure at zero
Mind, body and soul. have declared you a hero

Just a whiff, a smell, and I've lost all my senses
As breath becomes labored and passion intenses
Our bodies entwine in such a euphoric state
My lust now and forever unable to sate.
