Cappuccino

by Yakari Gabriel   Nov 28, 2016

He tells me that my hair is pretty
He says my skin is the color of cappuccino
He thinks he is being gentle, thinks it is flattering

Like I ain't aware that he is picking and choosing
Like I can't tell he likes me in parts
Women who are whole,
don't fall for incomplete compliments.
