Hit & run

If only I could have saved her.
If only I could have known her name.
If only I could understand why they drove away.
If only I could do something other than write this note.
I feel nothing but ice in my soul.

Found:

Dead dog/ Tan pitbull/ Pink collar/ Female/ Mother.
Animal control will pick her up in morning.

    I hate that there are mean thoughtless people who think it's ok to hit an animal and drive off leaving it dying or dead. It makes me feel ice in my bones too. Milly x
