I Am Lost

I don't know what to do
When life is at its worst
Do I just run away,
Or try to break the curse?
Do I fight the good fight?
Even if I know its not right?

I am lost

Do I struggle to win
Or do I give up?
Do I eat on my own?
Or drink swill from your cup
I do not know for

I am lost

Sometimes, the unknown bites
With razor sharp teeth
Do I pull my blade of courage
Or keep it in its sheath?
I do not know
And therefore am uncertain
Do I stand and cower,
Or pull back the curtain?
I try hard not to be but

I am lost

I wish I knew what to do
What was lie, and what was truth
Having no one to run to is worse than having
Something to run from
I don't know what to do
Yet still I am numb...

I am lost

*I had to write this poem for school, so sorry it sucks so bad.*

    great poem! definately doesn't suck at all i give it 5/5! "Having no one to run to is worse than having Something to run from" i really like that part and can relate to it nice work
