Brian's Monologue 1

by Brian King   Aug 6, 2006

This isn't a poem just a tiny clip of some of the crazy stuff i was thinking about today. you can read it and e-mail me anything you think about it.

Death and Society

alright so i was biking to work and its a pretty busy road so this giant transport truck went by and i thought "one slight muscle spasm and i could resemble raw hamburger meat" i mean if i twitched my arm i could just die no big bang no bells no whistles no nothing. just a small thing happens everyday but at the wrong time and place causing my untimely doom.

now news flash at 6000 feet an airline adentant breaks a nail, 150 fall from the sky DEAD, a postman goes postal BANG a bus driver goes bustal CRASH. and meanwhile we all sit idle by and say "woah man did you see that wow that was crazy that was intense did you see that! Im glad it didnt happen to me."

but it could happen to you one small thing such as a muscle spasm and SPLAT youre dead. you know? it could happen to me it could happen to anyone. one tiny thing so why are we all uptight pricks concerned with stupid stuff that won't matter in 5 years and won't even be remembered when were dead.

Think about it

Now you KNOW you could get ALL of the content into a GREAT poem. And "bustal" should really be added to the English language. Most excellent word.
