Am I The Only One...

Am I the only one
Or do you feel the same?

Are you put last, after every one?
Are you not getting the respect
& appreciation that you need?
Are you being put down...like I am?

Am the only one
Or do you feel the same?

You give and give but in the end
You get rejected, abused(verbally) and treated
Like a worthless being?
You give and give until you can't give no more
But you STILL can't get what you want...not even once

Am I the only on...
Or do you feel the same?

You cry your eyes out
Until your eyes are all dried up
What does that do?
Does it change anything?
Does it make you feel any better?

All it does is makes things worse
All it does is make you want to die...

Am I the only one
Or do you feel the same...?

    Wow! I can totally relate to this in EVERY way and I'm sure a lot of other people can as well. Now this poem was definitely amazing. I think you did a brillian job on it. It had a very good flow to it. This poem said just what I think and how I feel. EXCELLENT! 5/5

    sometimes i start to feel like this, but then i think of how people love me. maybe not exactly the people who disrespect me, but the ones who love me are the only ones that truly count in life. =]

    I love this one.. simple yet the emotions is really revealing and the cold invisble hands or the words really toched my heart. and honestly, sometimes i feel the same way so don't think you're alone.

    I like how you ask all the questions that people question themselves..and when you are in this state you seem to want to reach out to others and not feel so alone..Great emotion..though reread it there are a few spelling/grammatical errors. But great work and keep it up.
