For one last time you stood there and said goodbye
i walked away and saw you stand there looking at the ground
seconds later you walked away and i almost screamed
i still remember that day
i never thought i could hurt that bad but i did
you made me cry that night
i didnt think i could still feel the same way now
one last time i got to hold your hand
as i kneeled down and told you i'd always be here for you
as i watched you walkaway leaving me behind
was a sad day and a sad night
i'm lying on my bed thinking about that day and i can still picture it in my mind that vivid image of you and me

and never feel sorry for what i did

and laugh at your jokes
lying here almost closing my eyes
a pill bottle in my hand
