I Am, the Fallen Last

by Cooper   Mar 5, 2008

***Come out, come out where ever you are, so lost in your sea. Give in, give into my touch, for my taste, for my lust!***
Inspired by the ever brilliant Nightwish.

Give into my wings,
I am the angel who fell last;
give me your ever dreamless grace,
let me kiss your ever sapphire lips,
within my eonion scars of pure deathness,
you are my benediction.

Eden after midnight,
I am infested with spiders,
my skin, their webs!
From my eyes
in a river of joy and sorrow,
the crystallized flowers fading in the moonlight,
I drink the fountain of youth,
to live forever and dawn myself upon your grave.

Kiss while your lips are still red,
while forgiveness pours like rain unto the soil,
rich and decaying,
burn the remains of tears shed,
I am the angel fallen last;
my heart the pages for your epitaph.

The cemetery whispers,
the melodies of eternal slumber;
an orchestra in which to dance,
beneath the hallowed stars,
the noose still around my neck.

Watch the angels breathe
and I am the last;
I am the last breath
to tell love's secrets.

    WOW! I'm literally without words so you blow my mind with this priceless piece of poetry.

    -Eden after midnight,
    I am infested with spiders,
    my skin, their webs!-

    ^This three lines, wow, wow, wow, they posses something unreachable, I truly can't describe your how much I admire your talent in this moment.

    and

    --I am the angel fallen last;
    my heart the pages for your epitaph.--

    This two lines are simply stunning! They are so much more than brilliant!

    Whole poem is a masterpiece filled with so deep and intense atmosphere. You have truly grotesque and creative imagination and I deeply appreciate that in poetry. Amazing idea for poem and this is my new favorite one.

    Only thing that isn't fascinated me is the fact that I personally thin that you could end this with more power, but that is irrelevant thing when you look in the greatness of this piece.

    I'm honestly breathless, fantastically done!
