No one cares

by Shinobi   Mar 18, 2008

Are you familiar with this suffocating feeling
When you notice none of your close ones are there
Fought this threat, so my heart tried concealing
No more trusted relations, No one seems to care

Old friends are usually considered treasures
Those walking by your side for longest years
Relations with them cracked as deadly fissures
Crushed my heart, and brought me to tears

Those friends who were considered new
Were the ones who left without a goodbye
Just spreaded their wings, jumped and flew
And let all my emotions crash and die

Even those who seem close are just deception
Trust lays in their mouths, when hearts bring pain
Using me as though I couldn't have any obligation
Those fake close ones drove me far from sane

Now while lost in endless darkness without a light
Trust is taken away from my bleeding heart
Where's the right path? Confusion blurs my sight
How would I know where's the place to start

Finally lost in my own dark solitary shell
Wishing an aiding hand would cast darkness away
The gates of darkness are open, might go to hell
If only a person in this world would want me to stay

Wow, i can really relate to this poem!

i loved the way it flowed so well, and it drew me in making me want to carry on reading!

fake friends are the worst, and it can take a very big sudden thing to make you see they were never real.

    Well done 5/5

    Keep it up!

    Love
