Beggars can't be Losers

by Tony Rifas   Mar 19, 2008

There's no one I can call who'll listen to it all
Whatever's left of all the breath I'm losing as I fall
I don't need a prayer, but someone really there
To at least pretend until the end that they have always cared
This is all I asked you for, but I can't ask you anymore
With all the money in the world, without you I would still be poor
