Catching Fire Flies.

by Teria   Mar 24, 2008

Catching Fire Flies.

Burns lash out, to break the skin.
There's more held deep within.
Chains unable to reach the bone,
chilling your spine, all alone.
It's holding you up; defeated.
Just awaiting tears deleted.

It's an awful thing to realize,
that when catching fire flies -
can no longer help you out.
It proves - -
this isn't what life is about.
