I understand that you were worried.
I understand that you were just trying to help.
But i told you not to tell her.
And you went and told her anyway.

You broke your promise.
You told my secret.
That i was trying to hide.
You broke my trust.

I'm not trying to be mean.
I understand why you did it.
You're still my good friend.
I just want to tell you now.

I can never trust you again.
With a secret as big as this one was.
For fear you might spill.
And tell it to someone.

Don't get mad.
I'm not doing this to be mean.
Don't get sad.
I'm not doing this to punish you.

I'm just doing this
because you hurt me.
And i just
need to heal.

    I am so sorry nicole that i told jill......to tell you the honest truth i was so tired that night from no sleep i just didnt here you say dont tell jill, i also was so shocked from knowing one of my best friends cuts them self, and i was feeling all these emotions, and i was mad, sad, and i just wanting something or some one too help you and without thinking i just went to jill cause is known to help people with problems. again nicole i am sooooo sorry and i hope you can trust me again.
