See What I See

by MeltInHisArms   Apr 7, 2008

Yes I'm witting a new poem
a new poem about you,
I'm sick of you denying me
all I say is true.

Yes you are my friend
but you need to listen to me,
I'm sick of feeling powerless
it's time you see what I see.

After you read this poem
don't take this to precise,
but after you read this poem
don't just say "that's nice."

Listen to my words carefully
I'm speaking from my heart,
please don't ignore them
it's will just tear me apart.

Your a great friend
when I cry your always there,
your a wonderful person
a guy who really cares.

When my world came crashing down
and it was hard to speak,
you made me realize
I was no freak.

You kept it up everyday
until you were sure I understood,
I'm not a freak and healing a broken heart
you know I could.

Well now it's my turn
I won't give up until you understand,
your an amazing person
and a much needed helping hand.

You give the worlds best advice
even Gabby knows it,
and wether you admit it or not
your the worlds best poet!

Next time you look in the mirror
please try to see,
try to look with the eyes
of Gabby and me.

When I say how great you are
"I'm no where near" is the answer you choose,
but it's two against one
HaHa we win, you loose.

Well I'm gonna end this poem
you don't believe me anyway,
I hope to change your mind
hopefully this poem will clear that way.

There is truth in something you said
something we mustn't over look,
you don't deserve a stanza
you deserve a whole book.

P.S. pisssst......Gabby....message me.
